USGI wet weather parka in Woodland camouflage. Constructed as a waterproof outer shell, this hooded parka features a full-length front zip with a snap storm flap, adjustable hook-and-loop cuffs, and a durable outer layer designed to provide protection from wet weather. The roomy cut allows it to be worn over insulating layers when required.

Additional features include a stowable hood, drawcord adjustments, and side hand pockets with protective flaps. Military surplus item in used/good condition.
