Deliveries

Buying anything online generally carries an air of apprehension when it comes to the 'shipping' aspect; how long will it take? will it arrive? what sort of condition will it arrive in? et cetera. We understand this and will try to allay some of those concerns in this section.

  • We will process your order within 1-2 business days of order receipt.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive your order within 3 -14 days depending on your location.
  • Orders generally take between 3 - 5 business days - please see shipping calculator on cart page to get a current cost.
  • NOTE: These delivery timeframes are NOT guaranteed. Most of the time, they are accurate, but - as we all know - deliveries can be held up for any number of reasons beyond our control.

Delivery addresses should only be made to a place where a person can verify the goods have been delivered (ie: a business address during 9:00am-5:00pm). Please note we are not responsible for loss or incorrect deliveries if the original input of the address was incorrect.

Duties may apply on orders over $1000AUD

We use DHL or Auspost/NZPost for Australian orders. This is a reliable, speedy and efficient service. However - as with any delivery service - there are those rare occasions that a package goes MIA and does not make it to its destination. If it has been more than 8 days and there is no sign of your package, first contact us and then check with (have your tracking number handy) the respective carrier. if you are in Australia. If it turns out your package is lost, we will endeavour to resend your products as soon as possible.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns Policy

Returning or exchanging products? No worries! We've got your back with our 30-day returns policy for online orders. Keep in mind, not all items are eligible for returns (check below for details). Need help? Reach out to us anytime!

You've got a whole week (7 calendar days) to decide if you want to keep or return your product. To be eligible for a return, send it back within 30 days from date of delivery. Make sure the item/s are unused and in the same condition as when you received it. While you're welcome to try products on, we kindly request that you refrain from using them outdoors.

Damaged or Incorrect Item/s

Please check your order carefully upon receipt. If you have received the incorrect item, or it appears damaged and/or defective - complete our returns form.

Change of Mind

While we're sure you'll pick something you love, be sure to choose wisely as we don't offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ online or in-store—unless, of course it's faulty. If an item you have purchased does not fit, we will exchange it for another size. Get in touch with us to discuss.

Exchanges or Returns

We are happy to exchange items if you need a larger/smaller fit.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately some items can not be returned for exchange or refund.

  • Clearance Products cannot be returned or refunded
  • Due to the nature of military surplus, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, we are happy to exchange for sizing.
  • Face Masks, base layer/underwear
  • Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Gift Cards and e-gift cards may not be returned. Gift cards are also not redeemable for cash
  • Printed Dog Tags (unless we have made an error)

We may refuse the return of items that do not comply with the above criteria.

Freight Costs and Reimbursement

Refunds and online store credits are for returned merchandise total only, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If we have made an error in your order, we will cover shipping costs.

Here are some instructions for returns and refunds:

Pack the items carefully in a delivery-proof bag/box (original delivery packaging works best, usually). Along with your invoice, please include a note with the following information:

  • Order number
  • your name
  • your address
  • reason for returning the items, and what you want us to do with your return - replacement/refund/etc.

Refunds will be credited to your credit card.

We process the returns as soon as they have been received back to us. If there are any delays with your returns, the most likely reason is that the returned item has not been delivered back to Army and Outdoors yet. Usually, it takes 3-14 days for the returned parcel to reach Army and Outdoors.

Australian Returns

    Return, replace or exchange items. Enter your order number and email address.
  • 2. Repackage & Return
    Include all items that were sent and a note explaining the problem and what you would like done. Send it back to us.
  • 3. We will be in touch when your return is processed
    Whether it is a refund or an exchange, we'll let you know what's happening.

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Product
