USGI Aircrew Combat Shirt featuring a classic woodland camouflage pattern with irregular green, brown, tan and black markings. The shirt has a pointed fold-down collar, a concealed front fastening and two horizontal chest pockets with flap closures. Additional lower front pocket openings feature olive green hook-and-loop fastening tabs.

The long sleeves feature stitched reinforcement panels and an upper arm utility pocket. Additional details include reinforced stitching across the shoulders and pocket edges, with matching camouflage fabric throughout and a straight-cut hem.
