USGI Extreme Cold Weather waterproof jacket in UCP camouflage. Features a waterproof outer shell with a full-length front zip, storm flap with hook-and-loop closure, adjustable hood, adjustable cuffs, and multiple hook-and-loop panels for insignia and name tapes. Presented in used, very good condition.

Designed as part of the US Army Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) for use as a waterproof outer shell.
