This military surplus jacket features the Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP) with a waterproof outer shell, full front zip beneath a storm flap, adjustable hood, hook-and-loop adjustable cuffs, and multiple utility pockets. The lightweight shell construction is designed to be worn over insulating layers in wet weather.

Built as part of the US Army Extreme Cold Weather Clothing System, it combines waterproof protection with practical field features while retaining its original military styling.
