USGI cold weather softshell jacket featuring the Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) with irregular green, tan and brown markings. The jacket has an attached hood with adjustable drawcords, a high stand-up collar and a full-length front zip concealed beneath a hook-and-loop fastening storm flap. The upper sleeves feature utility pockets and large hook-and-loop panels for attaching patches or insignia.

Additional details include a vertical zippered chest pocket, adjustable sleeve cuffs and a straight-cut hem. The jacket features a structured design with reinforced-looking seams across the shoulders, chest and sleeves.
