USGI APECS wet weather trousers in OCP camouflage, constructed with a 100% nylon shell and liner with a PTFE laminate. They feature belt loops, large flap-covered thigh cargo pockets and extended side leg zips for access. Hook-and-loop adjustment tabs at the cuffs allow the leg openings to be secured.
