USGI APECS wet weather trousers in OCP camouflage. Constructed with a Gore-Tex waterproof and breathable membrane, these trousers form part of the Army Protective Ensemble Combat Uniform (APECS) system. Designed as a protective outer layer, they are intended to be worn over standard uniform clothing in wet weather conditions.

The lightweight shell construction combines weather protection with breathability while maintaining compatibility with other layers. Listed in used/very good condition.
