USGI Extreme Cold Weather fishtail parka liner designed for use with the M-1951 and M-1965 fishtail parka systems. This lightweight insulated liner features a quilted construction with synthetic fill, providing an additional insulating layer without significant bulk. The full-length design extends into the fishtail section of the parka for consistent coverage throughout the garment.

Constructed with a durable nylon outer shell and quilted stitching pattern to keep the insulation evenly distributed. Military surplus item in used/very good condition.
