USGI jungle fatigue trousers in ERDL camouflage, produced in ripstop poplin cotton fabric. This pair features a zip fly, adjustable waist straps, and draw cords at the leg cuffs. Two rear button-secured pockets and two cargo pockets are fitted to the legs.

The 6th pattern was the final iteration of the jungle fatigue trousers. This version was produced in ERDL camouflage and features a zipper fly rather than buttons. It was worn primarily by the USMC during the Vietnam War, with additional use by New Zealand and Australian SAS forces in South East Asia.
