Description
These gloves are what the US Air Force issues to its pilot/air crew for intermediate cold weather climates. What does that mean? Basically not Antarctica or other extremely cold places - the insulation on these are rated down to 15F° (-9.5°C). To grip abrasive frozen surfaces, the bottom of the gloves are made from hard wearing leather. The tops have a Nomex® outer layer that are flame resistant - particularly handy if your transport goes up in flames! The bottom has a stretchy rib-knit extension which keeps the gloves firmly on your hand as well as trapping the warmth inside.
Weather you ride a bike, do work outside or any other outdoor activities during Winter, this fine bit of US surplus will look after your hands!
