These pouches are made by Specialty Defense who make most of the pouch contracts for the US military. Generally US military contracts have a strict clause to keep all their gear made in the USA - these ones strangely have been made in Vietnam perhaps to suggest they are more of a commercial intended nature. Whatever the case, they seem to be just as well made as the rest of the US made Specialty Defense pouches with the same specs.
Designed for SAW (M249) gunners, these pouches can carry up to 100 rounds of 5.56mm ammo. More ammo means more sustaining fire, which means more winning! Made with hard wearing Codura nylon and PALS tabs on the back, you can attach these onto any MOLLE surfaces.
