This is a USGI ACU UBAC shirt in UCP camouflage. It is a combat undershirt style garment designed to be worn under body armour, combining a torso section with reinforced sleeves.

The shirt is surplus and graded Used/Very Good, showing light signs of prior use consistent with storage and wear.
