USGI ACU maternity field shirt featuring the Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP), combining pixelated shades of grey, sage green and light tan. The shirt has a pointed fold-down collar, full button-front closure and a relaxed, slightly flared body. Two flap-covered chest pockets sit beneath rectangular hook-and-loop patch panels, while additional hook-and-loop panels are positioned on both upper sleeves. Two large flap-covered pockets are also located on the lower front.

Additional details include long sleeves with button-adjustable cuffs, stitched shoulder panels and reinforced stitching around the pocket openings. Presented in used/very good condition with visible fabric creasing.
