The USGI ACU Aircrew Combat Trousers feature the distinctive Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP), combining pixelated shades of grey, sage green and tan. Constructed from 100% aramid fabric, the trousers have a button-fastened waistband, front fly, belt loops and adjustable waist tabs. Storage includes angled hip pockets and large flap-covered cargo pockets on both thighs. Additional details include reinforced knee panels, a button-fastened access panel along the upper inner leg and a straight-cut leg design.

The interior features a lighter reverse fabric finish with reinforced stitching around the waistband and fly. Military identification and care labels are sewn inside the trousers. Light staining is present on the lower left leg.
