USGI 4th Pattern Jungle Fatigue Trousers in Small Regular. Constructed from non-ripstop poplin cotton fabric. Features two rear button secured pockets and two leg cargo pockets, with adjustable waist straps and draw cords in the leg cuffs. Manufacture date 1967.

The 4th pattern of the jungle fatigue trousers are the last model produced in non-ripstop cotton. Worn primarily by US soldiers during the conflict, these also saw use by ANZAC forces who deployed alongside that found their own uniforms lacking in the tropical conditions.
