US Navy NWU Type III trousers featuring the AOR2 digital camouflage pattern with pixelated markings in shades of green, olive, tan and dark brown. The trousers have a structured waistband with belt loops, a front button fastening and concealed fly. Slanted hip pockets and large thigh cargo pockets with flap closures provide storage, while additional smaller pockets are positioned along the lower legs.

The trousers feature stitched knee panels, reinforced seams and straight-cut legs with plain hems. Signs of previous wear include a hole above a rear pocket.
