US Navy NWU Type III field shirt featuring the AOR2 digital camouflage pattern with pixelated markings in shades of green, olive, tan and dark brown. The shirt has a pointed fold-down collar, a full-length button-front closure and two chest pockets with flap closures. Embroidered "KOERTH" and "U.S. NAVY" identification tapes are positioned above the chest pockets.

The upper sleeves feature utility pockets with large olive green hook-and-loop panels for attaching patches or insignia. Small paint stains are present on a cuff.
