US-made patrol cap featuring a classic woodland camouflage pattern with irregular green, brown, tan and black markings. The cap has a flat-topped, softly structured crown with stitched fabric panels and a short, slightly curved visor. A matching camouflage band runs around the lower crown, giving the cap its distinctive military-style appearance.

Additional details include reinforced stitching around the visor and crown, along with a metal ventilation eyelet on the side.
