US Army women's officer blue service dress jacket with a structured tailored cut, notched lapels and a full lining. The front closes with four gold-tone eagle buttons and has two lower flap pockets.

Each sleeve has a yellow and blue striped band near the cuff. The dark blue fabric and formal button detailing give the jacket a traditional service dress appearance.
