US Air Force Major service dress jacket featuring a dark blue exterior with a traditional notched lapel collar and silver-tone button front closure. The jacket has four front pockets with buttoned flaps, structured shoulders with epaulettes and a dark interior lining. Darker braid detailing is visible around the sleeve cuffs.

The jacket features gold-tone oak leaf Major rank insignia on both shoulder epaulettes, silver-tone U.S. collar insignia and a multicoloured ribbon bar above the left chest pocket. Decorative silver-tone buttons complete the uniform appearance.
