New Zealand Army Captain rank slide in NZDPM camouflage fabric. The face features three vertically arranged black diamond-shaped embroidered devices, each with a dark green cross detail through the centre.

The slide has a rectangular folded sleeve-style construction with stitched upper and lower edges. Brown, ochre, green and black sections of the camouflage pattern are visible across the fabric, with light surface wear present.
