German Army Butter Dish

Here we have an authentic German Army surplus butter dish. A soldier carries many things into the field with him, and among all the items to help him win a fight is a robust aluminium tin can containing his butter!

Made of Aluminium these are robust and hard to dent. The lid twists on tightly and has a rubber seal to keep it air tight and the contents fresh. The bottom half of the tin has a plastic bowl you can remove if you wished to store something else such as tobacco. The dish lid has a Bundesadler eagle imprint and on the bottom on the tin it has the NSN number.

Just as they have served the German soldier, they can serve you when camping out in the bush or even at home!
