I ordered a set with silencers as I am going to Israel later this year. Instead of my service details I put my passport number and emergency phone number on with the usual nationality, blood group and religion. If you’re going somewhere that’s potentially problematic or doing adventure activities eg mountaineering, I recommend getting a set.
