British UBAC shirt featuring a Multi-Terrain Pattern (MTP) camouflage design with irregular green, brown, tan and cream markings. The shirt has a high stand-up collar with a partial front zip closure and a contrasting camouflage torso panel. The long sleeves feature upper arm utility pockets with flap closures and hook-and-loop panels for attaching patches or insignia.

Additional details include stitched shoulder panels, button-adjustable sleeve cuffs and a slightly curved hem. Visible signs of previous wear include wear on the chest area.
