British Army PLCE wire cutter pouch in DPM camouflage. Constructed from Cordura/nylon with a press-stud flap closure, internal retention strap with hook-and-loop fastening, and a reinforced interior compartment for carrying wire cutters or similarly sized tools. The rear features a PLCE belt attachment with press studs for secure mounting to compatible webbing. 

A military surplus pouch in used/good condition. Finished in DPM camouflage with a durable Cordura/nylon construction.
