British military surplus MVP rain trousers designed as an over-trouser layer. Constructed from Moisture Vapour Permeable fabric, with side access openings at the waist and full lower-leg zip openings for ease of wear over boots and trousers.

They feature a drawstring waist and adjustable cuffs for fit control.
