These pouches were made for the British Army for operations in the Middle East. Each pouch can carry 2 x SA80 mags and utilizes a lid with 'Spanish' fly buckle with optional hook & loop underneath if you want faster reloads. The top lid closes around not just the front but also the sides to help prevent dust or any other debris from getting in and jamming your mags up (pretty crucial in the desert!). The back utilizes the MOLLE system so not only will these go on British vests, but anything else MOLLE surfaced as well. These pouches may have seen a good amount of action but they are more than capable of seeing plenty more with their well built construction.
