These packs from the Bundesheer come either with a frame or without, at your choice. They are a sturdy canvas build with a manageable size and all the basic functions you'd expect. 

These packs have been worked pretty hard but still have a good life left ahead of them, due to the construction and design. Some may show degrading internal waterproofing, cut straps that appear to have been repaired and the odd small hole.
