Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

There can be any number of reasons you may need to return or exchange a product. For this reason we have a 90 DAY RETURNS policy for online orders only*  BUY WITH CONFIDENCE. You will have 90 days to decide whether you keep or return your product. Returned products have to be in resell-able condition - you can try products on, but don't use them outdoors!

Here are some instructions for returns and refunds:

Pack the items carefully in a delivery-proof bag/box (original delivery packaging works best, usually). Along with your invoice, please include a note with the following information:

  • Order number
  • your name
  • your address
  • reason for returning the items, and what you want us to do with your return - replacement/refund/etc.

Refunds will be credited to your credit card.

We process the returns as soon as they have been received back to us. If there are any delays with your returns, the most likely reason is that the returned item has not been delivered back to Army and Outdoors yet. Usually, it takes 3-14 days for the returned parcel to reach Army and Outdoors.

    Just package up return and we will take care of the rest.
