Black Friday “100% Off Your Order” Promotion – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 100% Off Your Order promotion (“Promotion”) run by Army & Outdoors / Kiwi Disposals across our New Zealand, Australia, and United States online stores (the “Store” or “Stores”).

By submitting your email via our popup form and/or placing an order, you (“Entrant”) agree to these Terms.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from 12:00am, 25 November 2025 to 11:59pm, 7 December 2025 (Store’s local time).
Orders placed outside this period are not eligible.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to customers who both:
    (a) sign up to our email newsletter list during the Promotion Period and
    (b) place an order on any of our online Stores during the Promotion Period.

  • Eligible regions: New Zealand, Australia, United States.

  • Entrants must be 18+ years old.

  • Employees and immediate family of Army & Outdoors are not eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, customers must:

  1. Sign up to our email newsletter list using the Black Friday popup or any other valid signup form during the Promotion Period; and

  2. Place a qualifying order between 25 Nov – 7 Dec 2025.

Additional details:

  • Each eligible order counts as one entry.

  • Chance of winning is 1 in 100 orders.

  • Entrants must provide a valid email address at signup and checkout.

4. Prize

  • Winners will receive a refund of 100% of the value of their qualifying order, excluding shipping, taxes, and duties.

  • Refund is issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing times depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners are randomly selected based on the order sequence and 1-in-100 probability.

  • Winners will be contacted via email.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Army & Outdoors may select an alternate winner or withdraw the prize.

6. Refund Conditions

  • Refund applies to the product subtotal only.

  • Shipping, taxes, duties, and additional fees are not refundable.

  • Returned items will not receive any additional compensation.

7. Withdrawal or Modification

Army & Outdoors reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or withdraw the Promotion at any time without notice for operational, technical, or regulatory reasons.

8. Fair Use & Fraud Prevention

Army & Outdoors may disqualify entries that:

  • are fraudulent, automated, or abusive,

  • involve fake accounts, duplicate emails, or manipulation of the Promotion.

9. Privacy

By entering, the Entrant agrees that Army & Outdoors may:

  • collect and store their email address for the Promotion,

  • add them to our marketing newsletter list (unsubscribe anytime),

  • contact winners via email.

Your data will be handled according to relevant NZ, Australian, and US privacy laws and our online Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Army & Outdoors is not liable for technical errors, failed emails, payment delays, or issues beyond our control.

  • Total liability to any Entrant will not exceed the maximum value of the prize awarded.

Your consumer rights under NZ, AU, or US law are not affected.
