USGI M45 field trousers in a wool construction. This is a military surplus field trouser pattern from the mid-20th century.

There are small holes on the right side of the crotch. Developed during the later part of WWII, these were an updated design of the US M-1937 trousers and saw service primarily during the Korean War.
