Unissued, commercially available vegetato woobie!
Made by the Italian company Defcon 5, an official supplier to NATO armies. These are pretty sweet, they actually have a hole for your head to wear like a poncho! 
Made from a ployamide shell with polyester batting, they are durable, compact and water resistant. But most importantly they are cosy and help to keep you warm! 

Considered by troops to be one of their most versatile pieces of equipment. This poncho liner can be used as a make-shift sleeping bag, shelter, blanket, camo hide or ground sheet. The eight ties - one each corner and side - allow you to attach it to a poncho or tie it to a tree for shelter.
