US M-1945 wool trousers in a large 36x31 size. Made from olive drab wool with a button fly front, internal white cotton waistband lining, and stamped sizing to the interior. Features include front slash pockets, rear pockets with button closure, and belt loops at the waist.

The waist appears to have been widened, and there is visible wear including loose stitching at the leg cuff and a tear at the hem.
