A typically well-made military piece. A few loose threads but otherwise in good condition.

Versatile, with attached dump bag and front pocket in addition to the main compartment.

I changed the shoulder strap configuration from backpack to shoulder bag as another reviewer suggested which suits my needs better.

The main lid closure straps are lite weight material which were all scrunched up and fiddly to open and close so may replace them with velcro ; also suggested by previous reviewer.

Another handy carry option.

Good for about a day of doing whatever you do with your ruck. You're not gonna carry a heavy load in this. Mine came in great shape- minus one of the slip on pads on one of the shoulder straps. After an exchange of emails, I got a new pad in the mail. SUPER customer service! I'll probably buy another of these rucks soon.

This fits my small laptop perfectly with room for a few papers and things. I reconfigured the straps to turn it into a shoulder bag but if I needed to cycle it could go back to a backpack in two ticks. Straps under it can fit a tightly rolled jacket and the little pouch will take a water bottle. I plan to add some Velcro to the flap for quick access when I don’t want to use the buckles every time. As always dealing with Army and Outdoors was hassle free with accurate description of the product and quick service.
