Kyrgyzstan adopted their flag shortly after gaining independence from the Soviet Union in 1992. Still sporting soviet colours (red and yellow) the flag has a yurt centred in the flag. The image being from the perspective of waking up in a yurt and seeing the support structure. 

The flag has a white strip on the side with two metal eyelets.
