This is a British Army issue belt made from a heavy-duty webbing. To fasten things up, it has an oversized quick-release buckle and two metal d-rings for yoke attachment at the back.

The Brits certainly knew what they are doing here. Mine did come with a little bit of dirt in the books and crannies, but that is to be expected as it is surplus. Still pretty good quality, no obvious marks or damage. Almost like new.
