Description
Styled after US design, issued to the New Zealand army. Stock standard canteen pouch, complete with side pocket for water purification tablets. 'Fibre pile' inner keeps the canteen cool. In jungle scenarios, soldiers would dip them in water, the fibre pile would absorb it and keep the drink cool. A hole at the bottom allows for water to drain out, after walking through wet terrain.

Have 2 of these, one attached to my pack strap, and the other on a belt using clips.
Great for the water bottle, good quality another good buy from Army and Outdoors.
